WELCOME TO VIRTUS SPORT AND EXTREMITY!
NEW PATIENTS
Welcome to Virtus Sport and Extremity! We are thrilled to have you join our community. As a premier chiropractic and physical therapy clinic serving the Redmond and Kirkland areas, our mission is to guide you on a journey toward better movement, optimized function, and overall wellness. Whether you are an elite athlete or simply seeking relief from daily aches, we are dedicated to getting you back to doing what you love.
We believe in immediate action. You will receive a clear diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan, and—most importantly—treatment on your very first visit. Our providers utilize a blend of advanced techniques tailored to your specific needs. To ensure your visit is seamless, our team handles the heavy lifting regarding insurance verification before you arrive. We simply ask that you arrive ready to move—wearing comfortable clothing like tank tops or shorts—so we can access the treatment area effectively. We look forward to seeing you at our locations!
"You're the warrior. We're here to get you back on the battlefield, not to pull you off." - Dr. Molly Sparks

WHAT YOU NEED FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
HOW TO PREPARE
- Insurance Information: After booking, our office will reach out to collect your insurance details. Please be on the lookout for a call or text so we can connect to complete your intake information. You are also welcome to call us for faster verification.
- Patient Documents: We will send you injury-specific forms to fill out before your appointment. If you are unable to complete them beforehand, please arrive 20 minutes early to complete them in the office.
- Dress Appropriately: Because our treatments often involve movement assessments and manual therapy, we recommend wearing the type of clothing you would wear when exercising. This ensures you are comfortable and allows your provider to access the treatment area. For example:
- Shoulder or Upper Body: A tank top or loose sleeveless shirt is best.
- Knee or Lower Body: Please wear shorts or loose-fitting pants that can be easily rolled up.
